经颅磁刺激联合温针灸对中风后肢体运动功能障碍患者肢体功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探究温针灸联合经颅磁刺激对中风后肢体运动功能障碍患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法:将中风后肢体运动功能障碍患者120例通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用常规治疗加经颅磁刺激治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加温针灸治疗,治疗3个月后观察患者中医证候评分、运动功能计分表(FMA上、下肢)评分、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分以及临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后两组患者中医证候评分及NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者FMA上、下肢运动功能评分和SS-QOL评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);有效率观察组为86.67%(52/60),高于对照组的70.00%(42/60)(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经颅磁刺激联合温针灸可改善中风后肢体运动功能障碍患者肢体功能,提高治疗有效率。Objective:To explore the effects of warm acupuncture and transcranial magnetic stimulation on functional recovery of patients with limb motor dysfunction after stroke.Methods:All 120 patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group using random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation,and the observation group adopted warm acupuncture,to observe TCM syndrome integrals,the scores of motor function scale(FMA upper and lower limbs),SS-QOL scores,NIHSS scores,clinical effects and adverse reaction after three months of the treatment.Results:After the treatment,TCM syndrome integrals and NIHSS scores of both groups reduced than before the treatment(P<0.05),the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after the treatment,the scores of FMA upper and lower limb motor function,and SS-QOL scores increased compared with before the treatment(P<0.05),the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%(52/60),higher than 70.00%(42/60)of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and transcranial magnetic stimulation could improve limb function of patients with limb motor dysfunction after stroke and raise therapeutic effective rate.
