摘　　要：就近几年中医药治疗癌性恶病质(cancer cachexia,CC)的研究进展进行综述,指出CC主要发生于癌症晚期,致死率较高,现代医学治疗CC存在耐药、毒副作用大等问题;中医药治疗CC从“虚”而入,扶正为本,与现代医学治疗方法相结合,可改善CC患者临床症状、提高其生活质量、延缓肿瘤进展。By reviewing the research progress in TCM therapy of cancer cachexia(CC)in the recent years,CC mainly occurs in advanced cancer stage with a high fatality rate,and there are some problems including drug resistance and toxic side effects in modern medical treatment of CC;TCM therapy in the treatment of CC by starting from"deficiency"and taking strengthening the body resistance as the foundation,and combining with modern medical treatment,could improve clinical symptoms,improve their quality of life and delay the tumor progression.
