摘　　要：目的探讨对少精弱精症患者采用龟鹿二仙膏联合维生素E治疗的临床效果及对性激素的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年12月于湖南中医药大学第一附属医院男性病·外科杂病科收治的少精弱精症患者84例为研究对象,按治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组(n=42)及试验组(n=42)。对照组给予维生素E治疗,试验组给予龟鹿二仙膏联合维生素E治疗。比较两组临床疗效、精液参数及性激素水平。结果治疗后,试验组临床总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的69.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者精子密度、精子总数、精子总活力、精液体积、精液pH比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组精子密度、精子总数、精子总活力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组精液体积、精液pH比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、泌乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组T、E_(2)、FSH、PRL、LH水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龟鹿二仙膏联合维生素E对少精弱精症患者有良好的治疗效果,不仅能显著提高患者精液参数,还能改善其性激素水平。Objective To explore the efficacy of Guilu Erxian Ointment combined with vitamin E on patients with oligospermia and asthenozoospermia as well as its impact on sex hormones.Methods A total of 84 patients with oligospermia and asthenozoospermia admitted to the Department of Andrology and Surgical Miscellaneous Diseases,the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects and were divided into a control group(n=42)and a test group(n=42)according to different treatment methods.The control group received vitamin E for treatment,and the test group received Guilu Erxian Ointment combined with vitamin E for treatment.Clinical efficacy,semen parameters,and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of 83.33%in the test group was higher than that of 69.04%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the sperm density,total sperm count,total sperm motility,semen volume,and semen pH between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the sperm density,total sperm count,and total sperm motility in the test group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in semen volume and pH between the two groups(P>0.05);Before treatment,There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of testosterone(T),estradiol(E_(2)),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),prolactin(PRL),and luteinizing hormone(LH)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of T,E_(2),FSH,PRL,and LH in the test group were superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Guilu Erxian Ointment combined with vitamin E has a good therapeutic effect on patients with oligospermia and asthenozoospermia.This therapy can not only significantly improve the patient’s semen para
