摘　　要：脑卒中后假性球麻痹主要表现有吞咽障碍、饮水呛咳等症状,目前国内外尚无确切有效的治疗药物。脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽障碍为“关窍”病变,其基本病机为风、火、痰、瘀之邪上蒙脑窍,中医针刺治疗具有一定优势。祖国医学基于机体整体观与辨证论治原则灵活选用相关针刺治疗措施,具有操作便捷、手段多样、安全有效等优点。笔者通过检索近些年针刺治疗脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽障碍的相关文献,从头体针、颈项针、舌咽针、其他针刺疗法多个方面就相关研究进展进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考与思路。Post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy is mainly manifested as dysphagia,coughing when drinking water and other symptoms,and currently there are no exact and effective therapeutic drugs at home and abroad.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the dysphagia caused by post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy is a kind of orifice disease,the basic pathogenesis of which is the brain orifice confused by pathogenic wind,fire,phlegm,and stasis,and acupuncture treatment shows certain advantages against it.Based on the holistic concept of the organism and the principle of evidence-based treatment,the practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine can flexibly select from various acupuncture treatment approaches with the advantages of convenient operation,diverse means,safety and effectiveness.By retrieving related literature on the acupuncture treatment of dysphagia caused by post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy,the authors of this paper herein review the advances in the study on head-body acupuncture,neck acupuncture,glossopharyngeal acupuncture and other acupuncture therapies,aiming to provide reference and ideas for clinical t reatment.
