摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)是内分泌系统的常见病,中西医结合治疗能够快速缓解患者临床症状、逐渐减少抗甲状腺药物的使用量等优势。丁治国教授在国内首次创新性地提出了“靥本相应”理论,研发了甲状腺特色外敷中药,研究制订了一系列甲状腺疑难疾病治疗方案,对各类甲状腺疾病的诊疗有丰富的临床经验并取得显著的临床疗效。临床对于甲亢的治疗,丁治国教授从“靥本相应”论出发,对于甲亢主张从“火热”论治,认为五脏不利皆可化火:肺气宣降不利则化火、肝气不舒而化火、脾气虚而化火、心经热盛而化火、肾虚而化火,临床治疗分别采用:肺气不宣则疏散、肝气不舒则行气、火毒内炽则清热解毒、虚而化火则滋清兼用、瘀则凉血解毒的治疗原则,取得一定的临床疗效。本文围绕“六气化火说”论治甲亢的依据、内容和辨证治疗进行论述,旨在为本病在临床的治疗提供参考。Hyperthyroidism(HT)is a common endocrine system disease,and the treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can rapidly resolve clinical symptoms and gradually reduce the dose of anti-thyroid drugs for patients.Prof.DING Zhiguo is the first person in China to propose the Yeben Xiangying theory,and has developed characteristic Chinese meteria medica that externally applied at the thyroid,and designed a series of treatment plans for refractory and complicated thyroid diseases.Now he has rich clinical experience in treating various thyroid diseases with remarkable efficacy.Prof.DING Zhiguo advocates the treatment of HT based on the Yeben Xiangying theory and dialectical treatment of"fire and heat",as he believes that the stagnation of the five visceral organs will lead to fire generation,including the obstruction of lung Qi,stagnation of liver Qi,deficiency of spleen Qi,the excessive heat in heart meridian,and deficiency of kidney Qi.Accordingly,the clinical treatment is based on the following principles:dispersing lung Qi,promoting liver Qi,clearing heat and detoxifying,nourishing and fire-clearing,and cooling blood and detoxifying,respectively,depending on the syndromes above.And certain clinical efficacy has been achieved based on the treatment principles.This paper discusses the basis and content of the Liuqi Huahuo theory as well as the dialectical treatment of HT based on Liuqi Huahuo theory,aiming to provide reference for the clinical treatment of HT.
