摘　　要：中国共产党军事法规是规范军队党的建设和党的领导活动的规章制度,党的军事法规史是百年党史的重要组成部分。中国共产党成立一百年来,适应不同历史时期形势变化对军队党的建设和党的领导的需要,适应不同历史时期党、军队和国家的使命任务、工作重心的需要,经历新民主主义革命时期的初创奠基、社会主义革命和建设时期的探索再创、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期的规范化建设、中国特色社会义新时代的体系化建构等历史发展阶段,党的军事法规建设不断探索和推进,不断取得重大进展和历史成就,在建党百年之时形成了比较成熟的党的军事法规体系。在新征程上,进一步推进党的军事法规制度建设高质量发展,为形成更加完善的党的军事法规和法治体系奠定坚实的制度基础,为创新发展中国特色军事法学学术和学科体系提供有力支撑。The military laws and regulations of the Communist Party of China are the rules and regulations regulating the party building and the leadership activities of the military forces. The history of the party's military laws and regulation is an imperative part of the centennial history of the Party. Since the founding of the Communist Party of China one hundred years ago, the Communist Party of China has adapted to the needs of Party building and party leadership in the armed forces in different historical periods as well as the needs of the missions, tasks, and focus of work of the party, the army and the state in different historical periods. The military laws and regulations of the Communist Party of China have gone through such historical stages as the initial foundation of the New Democratic Revolution Period, the exploration and re-creation of the Socialist Revolution and construction period, the standardized construction of the reform and opening-up period and the socialist modernization construction period, and the systematic construction of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, the party's construction of military laws and regulations has also been constantly explored and promoted and has made significant progress and historical achievements. In the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party has formed the relatively perfect intra-party system of rules and regulations which contains a relatively perfect party's system of military laws and regulations. On the new historical journey, further promoting the high-level construction of the Party's military laws and regulations could both lay a solid institutional foundation for forming a more perfect Party's military laws and regulations and the rule of law system and provide strong support for the innovative development of the academic and disciplinary system of Science of Military Law with Chinese characteristics.
