摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)软件,分析挖掘中药香薰疗法预防新型冠状病毒肺炎的处方用药规律。方法选择整理中药香薰疗法处方50个,录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),利用该软件的集成规则分析、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类、四气五味归经分析等方法。结果对筛选出的50个处方进行数据分析,使用频次前10位的分别是苍术、白芷、艾叶、藿香、石菖蒲、薄荷、冰片、佩兰、丁香、紫苏,核心药物组合为苍术-白芷-艾叶,新方为羌活-细辛-冰片-大黄。结论中药香薰疗法预防新型冠状病毒肺炎的处方以芳香开窍,祛湿化浊为法。Objective BBased on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System(V2.5)software,to analyze and explore the prescription medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy to prevent COVID-19.Methods 50 cases of traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy prescriptions were collected and sorted,and input into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System(V2.5).The methods of integration rule analysis,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,four qi and five flavor normalization analysis were used.Results Data analysis of 50 prescriptions selected,the top ten using frequency are Atractylodes,Angelica,Artemisia argyi,Huoxiang,Shichangpu,Peppermint,Borneol,Peilan,Clove,Perilla,etc.The core drug combination is Atractylodes-Angelica dahurica-Artemisia argyi-Huoxiang-Peilan,the new prescription is Qianghuo-Asarum-Borneol-Rhubarb.Conclusion The prescription of Chinese medicine aromatherapy to prevent the COVID-19 is based on aroma resuscitation,dispelling dampness and turbidity.
