验方止痒膏异病同治皮肤瘙痒症临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价验方制剂止痒膏异病同治皮肤瘙痒症的临床有效性和安全性。方法选择2020年7月—2021年4月在济宁市皮肤病防治院门诊确诊的144例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各72例,观察组口服依巴斯汀片合并外用止痒膏,对照组口服依巴斯汀片合并外用维生素E乳。2组均连续治疗4周。结果观察组患者治疗后的瘙痒程度评分、瘙痒频率评分、继发皮损评分、生活质量评分、症状总积分及临床综合疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论验方止痒膏异病同治皮肤瘙痒症的临床效果显著,是治疗皮肤瘙痒症安全有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhiyang ointment in the treatment of skin pruritus by simultaneous treatment of different diseases.Methods A total of 144 patients diagnosed in Jining Dermatology Prevention and Control Hospital from July 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 72 patients in each group.The observation group was given ebastine tablets combined with external Zhiyang ointment,and the control group was given ebastine tablets combined with external vitamin E milk.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Results After treatment,the itching degree score,itching frequency score,secondary lesion score,quality of life score,total symptom score and clinical comprehensive effect of observation group were better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Empirical recipes Zhiyang ointment in the treatment of skin pruritus by simultaneous treatment of different diseases is a safe and effective method in the treatment of skin pruritus.
