摘　　要：《黄帝内经》对于经脉与脏腑肢节关系论述详尽,如《灵枢·海论》曰:“夫十二经脉者,内属于脏腑,外络于肢节”,说明经络与脏腑和肢节关系紧密相连。又论述了内服药物治疗内部脏腑疾病、外用药物治疗外部疾病的原理,如《素问·至真要大论》:“内者内治,外者外治”。还重点说明外治疗法的重要性,不仅可以治疗外部疾病,还可以治疗内部疾病,如《素问·阴阳应象大论》:“善治者治皮毛,其次治肌肤,其次治筋脉,其次治六府,其次治五藏。治五藏者,半死半生也”,《素问·皮部论》:“是故百病之始生也,必先于皮毛”,所以在治疗疾病时,通过皮肤腠理给药,通过经络皮部通道,直达脏腑,以治疗全身疾病。再如《素问·血气形志》:“形苦志乐,病生于筋,治之以熨引”,说明熨引、热熨、导引等中医外治法可治疗气血瘀滞等疼痛性疾病。在经典理论指导下,运用穴位敷贴中医外治法治疗人体常见病、多发病及疑难杂症,每每收效,今后,在临床工作中,继续努力钻研中医穴位敷贴技术和其他中医外治法技术,继续研发其他多种中药穴位敷贴,应用于临床,以满足患者需要。The relationship between meridians and zang-fu branch sections in detail was discussed in Huangdi Neijing,such as Lingshu·Hailun,which says:“twelve meridians belong to zang-fu organs inside,and connect to the branch sections outside”.It shows that meridians are closely connected with zang-fu organs and branches.It also discussed the internal medicine treatment of internal viscera disease,the principle of external medicine treatment of external diseases,such as Suwen·Zhizhenyao Dalun:“those who are inside should be treated within,and those who are outside should be treated without”.Also focus on the importance of external treatment therapy,not only the treatment of external diseases,but also the treatment of internal diseases,such as Suwen·Yinyang Yingxiang Dalun:“good to treat fur,then to treat skin,then to treat tendons,then to treat six fu organs,then to treat five zang organs.If you rule five zang organs,you will die and live half a life”.Suwen·Pibu Lun:“it is therefore the beginning of all diseases,must precede the fur”.So in the treatment of disease,skin striae and interstitial space for medicine,through channels and skin channels,direct viscera,to treat systemic diseases.Again such as the internal scripture Suwen·Xue Qi Xing Zhi:“form bitter will be happy,disease was born in the tendon,the treatment to iron lead”.It shows that the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,such as ironing to induce heat and ironing to guide,can treat painful diseases such as qi and blood stasis.In classical theory,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of acupoint sticking therapy of human common disease,frequently-occurring disease and intractable diseases,often have,in the future,in clinical work,continue to try to study Chinese medicine acupoint sticking technology and other traditional Chinese medicine external treatment technology,continue to develop a variety of other traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking,clinical applications,in order to meet th
