摘　　要：近年来,针灸治疗偏头痛逐渐成为热点,与西药相比,不仅不良作用少,而且疗效显著、操作简单。透刺是一种特殊的针刺方法,临床发现其较普通针刺治疗作用更明显,且选穴少,患者接受度高。通过分析2005年—2022年1月不同部位透刺以及透刺与其他疗法相结合后对偏头痛疗效的文献研究,归纳透刺治疗偏头痛的研究进展,为以后的临床以及实验研究提供更多的思路。Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of migraine is becoming a hot topic in recent years.Compared with western medicine,penetrating acupuncture,which is simple to operate,not only has fewer side effects,but also has remarkable curative effect.As a special acupuncture treatment,penetrating acupuncture can strengthen the effect of acupuncture and connect multiple channels and points at the same time.Penetrating acupuncture has better efficacy than conventional acupuncture by the clinical practice.The literatures on the treatment of migraine from 2005 to January 2022 was analyzed,including different sites and combination of penetrating and different therapies.The paper summarized the research progress in the treatment of migraine through penetrating acupuncture and provided more ideas for future clinical and experimental research.
