升阳益胃汤治疗气虚湿热型慢传输型便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察李东垣升阳益胃汤治疗气虚湿热型慢传输型便秘的临床效果,以寻求临床此型便秘更有效的治疗方法。方法选择80例气虚湿热型慢传输型便秘患者,随机分为2组:治疗组41例用升阳益胃汤加减治疗,对照组39例乳果糖口服液治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医症状积分、远期疗效。结果治疗组总有效率100%(41/41),随访期内(1个月)复发2例,复发率4.9%(2/41);对照组总有效率97.4%(38/39),随访期内(1月)复发21例,复发率53.8%(21/39)。2组总有效率和复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论升阳益胃汤治疗气虚湿热型慢传输型便秘效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Li Dongyuan’s Shengyang Yiwei decoction in treating slow transit constipation of qi-deficiency dampness-heat type,in order to find a more effective treatment for this type of constipation.Methods 80 cases of slow transit constipation were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group(41 cases)was treated with Shengyang Yiwei decoction,and the control group(39 cases)was treated with lactulose oral solution.The clinical effect,TCM syndrome score and long-term effect of the two groups were compared.Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 100%(41/41),and there were 2 cases of recurrence during the follow-up period(1 month),the recurrence rate was 4.9%(2/41).In the control group,the total effective rate was 97.4%(38/39),and 21 cases relapsed during the follow-up period(1 month),the recurrence rate was 53.8%(21/39).There were significant differences in the total effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengyang Yiwei decoction is effective in treating slow transit constipation of qi-deficiency dampness-heat type.
