小柴胡汤治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究气阴两虚型2型糖尿病采用加减小柴胡汤治疗的临床效果。方法选择2020年6月—2020年12月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的65例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者,按照入院先后顺序将其分为对照组(2020年6月—2020年9月)与观察组(2020年10月—2020年12月),其中对照组33例、观察组32例。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗,观察组给予加减小柴胡汤治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的血糖水平及临床治疗效果。结果2组患者治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者的空腹血糖水平及餐后2 h血糖水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率为90.63%(29/32),高于对照组的69.70%(23/33)(P<0.05)。结论加减小柴胡汤与盐酸二甲双胍缓释片疗效相当,均具有较好的降血糖效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaochaihu decoction in patients with type 2 diabetes with deficiency of both qi and yin type.Methods Sixty-five patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with both qi and yin deficiency admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2020 were divided into control group(June 2020 to September 2020)and observation group(October 2020 to December 2020)according to the order of admission,including 33 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with dimethyldigong hydrochloride sustained release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xiaochaihu decoction.The blood glucose level and clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between 2 groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose level and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level in 2 groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.63%(29/32),higher than that of the control group(69.70%,23/33)(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaochaihu decoction and dimethyldigong hydrochloride sustained release tablets have the same curative effect,and both have good blood sugar lowering effects.
