苦参汤联合健康教育治疗湿热型阴道炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨苦参汤联合健康教育对湿热型阴道炎患者阴道细胞脱落指数及血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2020年4月于江西省妇幼保健院进行治疗的82例湿热型阴道炎患者,按随机数字表法划分为对照组(41例)和试验组(41例)。予以对照组替硝唑栓治疗,予以试验组在对照组基础上联合苦参汤治疗,2组均连续治疗15 d。比较2组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后阴道脱落细胞成熟指数和阴道健康情况以及血清IL-8、IL-4水平。结果治疗后试验组患者的总有效率92.68%(38/41)高于对照组的73.17%(30/41)(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者阴道脱落细胞成熟指数和阴道健康评分情况均高于治疗前,且试验组较对照组更高(P<0.05);用药后2组患者血清IL-8、IL-4水平均较用药前降低,且试验组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论苦参汤联合健康教育能提高湿热型阴道炎患者阴道脱落细胞成熟指数和阴道健康情况,降低血清IL-8、IL-4水平,控制炎症反应,提升临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of Kushen decoction combined with health education intervention on vaginal cell abscission index and serum IL-8 and IL-4 levels in patients with dampness-heat vaginitis.Methods A total of 82 patients with dampness-heat vaginitis were selected and treated in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2018 to April 2020.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(41 cases)and experimental group(41 cases).The control group was treated with tinidazole suppositories,and the experimental group was combined with Kushen decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,maturation index of vaginal exclined cells,vaginal health,serum IL-8 and IL-4 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was 92.68%(38/41),which was higher than that of control group(73.17%,30/41)(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal exfoliated cell maturity index and vaginal health score in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of IL-8 and IL-4 in 2 groups were decreased after medication,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of Kushen decoction combined with health education can improve the maturity index and vaginal health of exhumed cells in patients with dampness-heat vaginitis,reduce the levels of serum IL-8 and IL-4,control the inflammatory response,and improve the clinical effect.
