中医综合护理联合揿针治疗妊娠剧吐临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医综合护理联合揿针对于妊娠剧吐患者的影响。方法选取2020年10月—2021年10月在江西省南昌县人民医院住院的61例妊娠剧吐患者,随机分为对照组30例和观察组31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医综合护理联合揿针治疗,观察比较2组患者的护理效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者恶心呕吐改善时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组患者恶心呕吐量化表(PUQE)评分和恶心呕吐生活质量特异性量表(NVPQOL)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),观察组患者PUQE评分、NVPQOL评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),护理总满意度96.77%(30/31)明显高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.01)。结论中医综合护理联合揿针治疗有利于改善妊娠剧吐患者临床症状,缓解患者的不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量,使患者对护理服务的满意度提高。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with thumbtack needle embedding in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods Sixty-one patients with hyperemesis gravidarum hospitalized in Nanchang People’s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(31 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with thumbtack needle embedding on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results After treatment,the improvement time of nausea and vomiting and the length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,nausea and vomiting quantitation scale(PUQE)score and nausea and vomiting Quality of Life Specificity Scale(NVPQOL)score of 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),PUQE score and NVPQOL score of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.01),the total nursing satisfaction 96.77%(30/31)was significantly higher 73.33%(22/30)of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with thumbtack needle embedding can improve the clinical symptoms of hyperemesis gravidarum patients,alleviate their bad emotions,improve their quality of life,and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
