摘　　要：通过综述国内外医保支付方式改革的相关文献,对我国目前医保改革过程中供方、需方、第三方运营策略进行深入分析。结合当下医疗保障政策的变化,分析了当前DRG/DIP改革下存在的主要问题。提出了满足供方、需方、第三方利益的运营策略,为不断完善医疗保障体系,实现持续推进DRG/DIP支付方式改革的最终目标提供建议参考。By reviewing the relevant literatures on the reform of medical insurance payment methods at home and abroad,this paper deeply analyzes the operating strategies of suppliers,demand sides and the third parties in the current process of medical insurance reform.Combined with the changes of the current medical security policy,the main problems existing in the current DRG/DIP reform are analyzed,the operation strategy to meet the interests of suppliers,demand sides and the third parties put forward,and suggestions and references for constantly improving the medical security system and realizing the ultimate goal of continuously promoting the DRG/DIP payment reform provided.
