全面质量管理在眼科围手术期质量管理评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的运用管理工具,分析判断眼科围手术期质量和安全的关键环节。基于全面质量管理理论,建立眼科围手术期质量管理体系。方法采用文献法和调查咨询法结合,制订调查表;采用德尔菲(Delphi)法对调查对象进行两轮问卷咨询,对围手术期的流程和环节进行评价,选取关键环节开展全面质量管理。结果两轮调查分析建立了4个管理维度20个关键管理环节,调查结果的信度良好,将质量管理需求纳入围手术期管理系统,建立与设计关键因素。结论初步建立眼科围手术期质量管理体系,为医疗质量管理提供方法和思路。Objective:To analyze and judge the key aspects of perioperative quality and safety in ophthalmology with management tools,the perioperative quality management system of ophthalmology was established based on total quality management theory,Method:The literature method,the investigation and consultation method,and the development of the questionnaire were utilized;Delphi method was also used to conduct two rounds of questionnaire consultation on the survey subjects;the perioperative process and links were evaluated;and the key links were selected to carry out the total quality management,Result:4 management di.mensions and 20 key management links have been established in the two rounds of investigation and analysis,and the reliability of the survey results is good.Quality management needs were included into the perioperative management system,and the design of key factors were established.Conclusion:The perioperative quality management system of ophthalmology was preliminarily established and has been providing methods and ideas for medical quality management.
