摘　　要：目的探讨医院在第三方人员接待环节的行风管理制度和信息化系统建设方案。方法围绕加强行风接待监管的主要目标和现实问题,通过专家咨询法建立第三方人员管理机制,创新性地搭建信息化系统落实机制,采用问卷调查法评估信息化系统的应用效果。结果梳理医院行风接待环节的场所众多、人员复杂、手段不足、意识弱化等现实问题,建立登记备案、区域巡查、违规奖惩和日常宣教等管理制度,搭建第三方人员登记预约接待平台,普及率较高、使用频率高,运行效率较高、使用效果较好。结论建立行风接待管理制度,运用信息化系统,提高了医院对第三方人员的管理效率,增强了行风监管效力,具有实践性和可操作性,可为进一步推广提供参考依据。Objective:To discuss the management system and information system construction scheme of the hospital in the third party personnel reception link.Method:This paper focuses on the main objectives and practical problems of strengthening the supervision of the third party personnel reception,establishes the third party personnel management mechanism through the expert consultation method,innovatively builds the implementation mechanism of the informatization system,and adopts the questionnaire survey to evaluate the application effect of the informatization system.Result:It sorted out the practical problems such as numerous places,complex personnel,insufficient means and weakened consciousness in the reception process of the hospital,established management systems such as registration and filing,regional inspection,rewards and punishments for violations and daily education,and built a reception platform for the third-party personnel registration and appointment,which achieves a high popularity rate,high use frequency,high operation efficiency and good utilization effect.Conclusion:The cstablishment of the management system for the professional reception in the hospital and the application of the informatization system have made the hospital improve the manage.ment efficiency in receiving the third-party personnel and enhance the effectiveness of the supervision of the profession.Thus,it is practical and operable,and can provide a reference for the further promotion.
