摘  要:试验以3年生樟子松苗木为试验材料,设置4个不同氮磷钾施肥比例的处理,研究不同氮磷钾追肥比例对樟子松各器官干物质积累量和内源激素含量的影响。结果表明,T3处理的根、茎、叶和总干物质积累量显著高于T1和T2处理,其根、茎的IAA含量在8月和9月显著高于对照,叶片的IAA含量在7月和8月显著高于对照。T3处理根的玉米素含量在9月显著高于对照,茎的玉米素含量在7月和8月显著高于对照,叶的玉米素含量在7月显著高于对照。各处理对樟子松茎、叶中的赤霉素含量影响不大,T3处理根的赤霉素含量在8月和9月显著低于对照。T3处理根的脱落酸含量在8月和9月显著低于对照,茎的脱落酸含量在8月显著低于对照,叶片的脱落酸含量在6月、7月、9月均显著低于对照。综合分析认为,樟子松苗木追肥适宜的氮磷钾比例为2∶1∶1。To study the effects of different nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium topdressing ratios on dry matter accumulation and endogenous hormone content in various organs of Pinus sylvestris,4 treatment with different nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilization ratios were set up using 3-year-old seedlings of Pinus sylvestris seedlings as experimental materials.Results showed that the accumulation of roots,stems,leaves and total dry matter of T3 was significantly higher than that of T1 and T2.The IAA content in root and stem of T3 was significantly higher than that of the control in August and September,while the IAA content in leaf of T3 was significantly higher than that of the control in July and August.The content of zeatin in the roots of T3 treatment was significantly higher than that of the control in September,the content of zeatin in the stems of T3 treatment was significantly higher than that of the control in July and August,and the content of zeatin in the leaves of T3 treatment was significantly higher than that of the control in July.There was no significant effect of gibberellin content on stems and leaves of Pinus sylvestris of each treatment,while the gibberellin content in roots of T3 treatment was significantly lower than that of the control in August and September.The content of abscisic acid in the roots of T3 treatment was significantly lower than that of the control in August and September,the content of abscisic acid in the stems of T3 treatment was significantly lower than that of the control in August,and the content of abscisic acid in the leaves of T3 treatment was significantly lower than that of the control in June,July and September.According to comprehensive analysis,the suitable ratio of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium for topdressing of Pinus sylvestris seedlings was 2∶1∶1.
