摘 要:目的评价人血白蛋白处方管理项目的实施效果。方法收集2018年1月1日至2021年12月31日首都医科大学宣武医院人血白蛋白使用数据,应用中断时间序列分析评估人血白蛋白处方管理项目干预前与干预后的效果。结果开展人血白蛋白处方管理项目后,人血白蛋白的用量有所下降。将人均人血白蛋白使用量(g)定义为因变量,模拟中断线性回归模型方程为Y=8.24+0.01X_(1)-0.060X_(2)-0.039X_(3)+ε。干预前,人均人血白蛋白使用量斜率为0.01,呈上升趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.787)。干预后,人均人血白蛋白使用量下降0.06 g,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.260),人均人血白蛋白使用量斜率为-0.029,呈下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.198)。结论通过开展人血白蛋白处方管理项目,人均人血白蛋白使用量整体下降,变化趋势由上升转为下降,需进行长期干预和观察进一步评估干预的效果。Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of human albumin prescription management program.Methods The human albumin usage data at Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University was collected from January 1st 2018 to December 31st 2021.Effect of the human albumin prescription management program before and after intervention was evaluated using interrupted time series analysis.Results Average human albumin use was reduced after the implementation of human albumin prescription management program.The per capita human albumin usage data(in grams)was defined as dependent variable.The regression model of interrupted time series equation was Y=8.24+0.01X_(1)-0.060X_(2)-0.039X_(3)+ε.Before the intervention,the per capita human albumin usage had a slope of 0.01,showing an upward trend,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.787).Per capita human albumin usage decreased by 0.06 g after intervention,with no statistically significant difference(P=0.260),the slope of per capita albumin usage was-0.029,showing a downward trend,with no statistically significant difference(P=0.198).Conclusion By implementing the human albumin prescription management program,the average human albumin usage decreased overall,with the slope changed from an upward trend to a downward trend.Long term intervention and observation is needed for further assessment of the effect.
