摘 要:目的:探究临床中药鼻腔给药的用药特点和用药方法。方法:搜索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊服务平台临床研究文献,归纳文献中中药鼻腔给药治疗的病证、用药频率、单味药用药量、用药疗程、中药配伍特点,总结临床鼻腔给药方式的特点与规律。将临床文献中含有鼻腔给药的药物录入Excel表,建立数据库,并应用Clementine12.0、Excel统计软件进行数据分析。结果:临床鼻腔给药常用药物为白芷、辛夷、苍耳子、黄芩、薄荷、川芎、黄芪、等,用药疗程主要为2 w~1月;用药频率多为1次/d,其次为2次/d;支持度较高配伍药对有苍耳子-辛夷、辛夷-苍耳子、苍耳子-辛夷-白芷、辛夷-苍耳子-白芷、苍耳子-薄荷-辛夷、等。结论:鼻腔给药具有生物利用度高、吸收作用快、给药方便等优点。Objective:To explore the characteristics and methods of clinical nasal administration of Chinese medicine.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP were searched for the clinical research papers.The symptoms,medication frequency,the dosage of a single drug,medication course,and compatibility characteristics and analysis of Chinese medicine in the papers were summarized to figure out the characteristics and regularity of clinical nasal administration.The drugs used for nasal administration in clinical research papers were collated into Excel to establish a database.The data were analyzed by Clementinel2.O and Excel.Results:The commonly used drugs for clinical nasal administration included Baizhi(白芷),Xinyi(辛夷),Cangerzi(苍耳子),Huangqin(黄芩),Bohe(薄荷),Chuanxiong(川芎),andHuangqi(黄芪).The medication course ranged from two weeks to one month.Medication was mainly performed once a day or twice a day.The drug combinations with high support degrees included Cangerzi(苍耳子)-Xinyi(辛夷),Xinyi(辛夷)-Cangerzi(苍耳子),Cangerzi(苍耳子)-Xinyi(辛夷)-Baizhi(白芷),Xinyi(辛夷)-Cangerzi(苍耳子)-Baizhi(白芷),and Cangerzi(苍耳子)-Bohe(薄荷)-Xinyi(辛夷).Conclusion:Nasal administration has the advantages of high bioavailability,quick absorption,and convenient administration.The clinical medication methods discovered by data mining can provide references for the research on nasal administration and new methods for the treatment of clinical diseases.
