摘　　要：心肌纤维化是诸多因素导致的心肌细胞以及心肌细胞间质病理性改变,表现为心肌重构及心肌代谢紊乱,最终导致心力衰竭而引发死亡。中医药治疗心血管系统等慢性疾病疗效显著,本文就中药提取物、中药复方及中成药治疗心肌纤维化的研究进展进行了综述,为心肌纤维化的防治提供一定参考。Myocardial fibrosis is a pathological change of myocardial cells and myocardial interstitium caused by many factors, which is manifested as myocardial remodeling and myocardial metabolic disorders, and eventually leads to heart failure and death. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is effective in the treatment of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular system diseases. This paper reviewed the research progress on Chinese medicine extracts, Chinese medicinal compounds, and Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of myocardial fibrosis to provide references for the prevention and treatment of myocardial fibrosis.
