小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗急性上呼吸道感染患儿血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月乌鲁木齐市第一人民医院收治的150例急性上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,用抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组,各75例。对照组单用重组人干扰素α-2b,观察组联用小儿豉翘清热颗粒。比较两组患儿疗效,退热时间及咳嗽、腹泻、鼻塞、呕吐、咽痛消失时间,治疗前后血清hs-CRP、IL-4、TNF-α、IgG、IgA、IgM水平。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.33%,显著高于对照组的70.67%(P<0.05);观察组退热时间及咳嗽、腹泻、鼻塞、呕吐、咽痛消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清hs-CRP、IL-4、TNF-α和IgM水平明显降低(P<0.05),IgG、IgA水平明显升高(P<0.05),且上述指标观察组变化显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗急性上呼吸道感染可以提高疗效,改善患儿炎症状态,提高免疫功能。Objective To explore the effect of Xiaoer Yuqiao Qingre Granule combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b spray on serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-4(IL-4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and immune function in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods 150 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the First People's Hospital of Urumqi from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 75 cases each.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b spray,the observation group was combined with Xiaoer Douqiao Qingre Granule.The curative effect,the time of fever abatement and the time of disappearance of cough,diarrhea,nasal congestion,vomiting,pharyngalgia,and the serum hs-CRP,IL-4,TNF-α,IgG,IgA,IgM levels before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.67%(P<0.05).The antipyretic time and the disappearance time of cough,diarrhea,nasal congestion,vomiting and pharyngalgia in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-4,TNF-αand IgM in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of IgG and IgA were significantly increased(P<0.05),the changes in observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b spray can improve the curative effect,improve the inflammatory state and the immune function of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.
