茜芷胶囊联合黄体酮治疗药物流产后子宫出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨药物流产后子宫出血患者联合应用茜芷胶囊、黄体酮治疗的临床效果。方法100例药物流产后子宫出血患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予黄体酮胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予茜芷胶囊口服治疗。比较两组治疗效果,阴道止血时间、宫内残留消失时间、阴道流血量,治疗前后人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴道止血时间(7.61±1.86)d、宫内残留消失时间(6.32±1.61)d短于对照组的(9.83±2.73)、(8.52±2.30)d,阴道流血量(86.18±21.85)ml少于对照组的(112.36±28.60)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组HCG水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组HCG水平(3.24±1.45)IU/L低于对照组的(5.59±2.01)IU/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,与对照组的8.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论药物流产后子宫出血患者联合应用茜芷胶囊、黄体酮治疗的临床效果突出,可显著缩短阴道止血时间、宫内残留消失时间,减少阴道流血量,有利于改善患者HCG水平,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Qianzhi capsule combined with progesterone on patients with uterine bleeding after drug abortion.Methods A total of 100 patients with uterine bleeding after drug abortion were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was orally treated with progesterone capsule,and the observation group was orally treated with Qianzhi capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,the hemostatic time,the time of disappearance of intrauterine residues,the amount of vaginal bleeding,the human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)level,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of 84.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostasis time of(7.61±1.86)d and the time of disappearance of intrauterine residues of(6.32±1.61)d in the observation group were shorter than those of(9.83±2.73)and(8.52±2.30)d in the control group;the amount of vaginal bleeding of(86.18±21.85)ml in the observation group was less than that of(112.36±28.60)ml in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the HCG level in the two groups were lower than that before treatment in this group;HCG of(3.24±1.45)IU/L in the observation group was lower than that of(5.59±2.01)IU/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 10.00%,which was not statistically significant compared with 8.00%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qianzhi capsule and progesterone has a prominent clinical effect for patients with uterine bleeding after drug abortion,which can significantly reduce the hemostatic time,the time of disappearance of intrauterine residues,and the amount of vaginal bleeding,which is conduci
