“以肾论治”中药汤剂对肾虚型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析“以肾论治”中药汤剂治疗肾虚型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的临床疗效。方法60例中医辨证分型为肾虚型的冠心病患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采取常规治疗方法,试验组在对照组的基础上采用“以肾论证”的中药汤剂治疗。比较两组患者颈动脉内斑块类型、生活质量评分、心绞痛严重程度分级、中医主要症候评分。结果试验组患者颈动脉内扁平斑、软斑、硬斑占比分别为33.33%、30.00%、20.00%,均低于对照组的60.00%、56.67%、46.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者生活质量评分(83.61±13.11)分、心绞痛严重程度分级(1.11±0.20)级、中医主要症候评分(2.20±0.26)分均优于对照组的(67.09±9.08)分、(3.40±0.24)级、(4.26±0.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾虚型冠心病患者采取“以肾论治”中药汤剂治疗,可改善患者颈动脉内斑块类型、心绞痛严重程度、中医症状以及生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of"kidney treating therapy"Chinese herbal decoction on kidney-deficiency type of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with kidney-deficiency type of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with"kidney treating therapy"Chinese herbal decoction on the basis of the control group.The type of carotid plaque,quality of life score,angina severity grade and traditional Chinese medicine main symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The percentages of flat plaque,soft plaque and hard plaque in carotid artery of the experimental group were 33.33%,30.00%and 20.00%,which were lower than those of 60.00%,56.67%and 46.67%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had quality of life score of(83.61±13.11)points,angina severity grade of(1.11±0.20)grades and traditional Chinese medicine main symptom score of(2.20±0.26)points,which were better than those of(67.09±9.08)points,(3.40±0.24)grades and(4.26±0.12)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with kidney-deficiency type of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,"kidney treating therapy"Chinese herbal decoction can improve the type of carotid plaque,severity of angina pectoris,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and the quality of life of patients.
