摘　　要：言语不利、肢体活动障碍往往是中风的典型后遗症之一,而且筋脉中瘀血痰饮等有形实邪或肾虚所致气化不利水液停聚往往合并下肢水肿,而声喑不能言、足废不为用是祖国医学“喑痱”的典型症状,符为民教授创新性辨证使用补肾、化痰、泄热、利水法,临床效果颇佳。Speech impairment and physical activity disorder are often one of the typical sequelae of stroke,and the adverse gasification caused by physical excess evil such as blood stasis and phlegm in the muscles and veins or kidney deficiency.The stagnation of water and fluid is often combined with edema of the lower limbs,while mute voice and useless feet are the typical symptoms of"silent heat"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Fu Weimin's innovative dialectical use of tonifying the kidney,resolving phlegm,relieving heat,and diuresis has a good clinical effect.
