摘 要:针对采动影响下软岩巷道易发生冒顶、片帮、底鼓等现象以及支护困难等问题,以高河煤矿E2312胶带顺槽为工程背景,通过理论分析和数值计算相结合的方法,确定软岩巷道“锚网索+架棚”联合支护方案,并进行现场工业性试验。实践结果表明:采用该联合支护方案后,巷道顶板下沉量、底鼓量、两帮移近量最终分别稳定于93.2 mm、113.1 mm、65.6 mm、53.4 mm,有效控制了软岩巷道的大变形破坏。Aiming at the problems such as roof fall,wall caving,heaving floor and other phenomena of soft rock roadway under the influence of mining and the difficulty of support,taking the E2312 tape trough of Gaohe Coal Mine as the engineering background,the combined support scheme of"anchor net cable+shed"for soft rock roadway is determined by combining theoretical analysis and numerical calculation,and thefield industrial test is carried out.The practice results show that after adopting the combined support scheme,the roof subsidence amount,heavingfloor amount and the displacement of the two sides of the roadway arefinally stabilized at 93.2 mm,113.1 mm,65.6 mm and 53.4 mm,respectively,effectively controlling the large deformation and damage of the soft rock roadway.
