摘 要:针对煤峪口煤矿喷雾水幕配合电除尘降尘系统存在的故障率高、安全隐患多、降尘除尘效果不明显等问题,利用高压风幕控尘与引射湿式降尘原理进行风幕控尘除尘系统设计研究。系统采用防爆空气压缩机为气源,利用“U”形窄缝射流腔以及内部导风叶,实现风幕控尘,再通过引射湿式降尘装置分离引射装置内高浓度粉尘。掘进工作面最佳降尘率达到94%,除尘效果明显,满足井下降尘需求。Aiming at the problems of high failure rate,many potential safety hazards,and no obvious effect of dust reduction and dedusting in the system of spray water curtain combined with electrostatic precipitator and dedusting in Meiyukou Coal Mine,the design and research of air curtain dust control and dedusting system are carried out based on the principles of high-pressure air curtain dust control and jet wet dedusting.The system uses the explosion-proof air compressor as the air source,uses the"U"shaped narrow slot jet cavity and the internal guide vane to realize the dust control of the air curtain,and then separates the high concentration dust in the injection device through the injection wet dust reduction device.The best dust reduction rate of the driving working face reaches 94%,and the dust removal effect is obvious,which meets the requirements of the underground dust reduction.
