摘 要:为了提高岩巷单进水平,缓解采掘接替紧张局面,从设备选型、支护设计、施工工艺、层位选择、劳动组织等方面进行研究,提出适用于陈四楼煤矿的岩巷综掘成套技术,并在十八采区带式输送机巷进行试验。试验表明:矿用EBZ-318(H)掘进机显著提高岩巷掘进速度,单月最高进尺达到206 m,创造了永煤公司岩巷单进最高纪录。In order to improve the single entry level of the rock roadway and ease the tension situation of mining and driving succession,research was conducted from the aspects of equipment selection,support design,construction technology,layer selection,labor organization,etc.A complete set of rock tunnel comprehensive excavation technology suitable for Chensilou Coal Mine was proposed,and experiments were conducted on the belt conveyor roadway in the 18th mining area.The test shows that the mining EBZ-318(H)roadheader can significantly improve the driving speed of rock roadway,and the maximum footage in a single month reaches 206 m,which sets the highest record of single entry in rock roadway of Yongmei Company.
