摘 要:针对青磁窑煤矿中出现的带式输送机断带问题,分析断带原因并结合断带保护装置的具体要求,设计断带保护装置,进行了现场实际应用。结果表明:在使用断带保护装置之后,0.71 s就可以完成断带抓捕工作,抓捕性能优异,极大地提高了开采的安全性,保证了煤矿的开采效率。In view of the broken band problem of belt conveyor in Qingciyao Coal Mine,the reasons for the broken band are analyzed,and the broken band protection device is designed according to the specific requirements of the broken band protection device.Through practical application in thefield,the results show that after using the broken band protection device,the work of catching broken band can be completed in 0.71 s,and the catching performance is excellent,which greatly improves the mining safety and ensures the mining efficiency of the coal mine.
