摘 要:以大柳塔煤矿52507工作面为工程背景,通过IMU监测不同层位的位移和发生断裂距离两个方面与周期来压的关系进行研究与支架工作阻力进行分析,并用3DEC对监测结果进行验证。研究表明:不同高度的岩层运动周期不尽相同,低、中、高位岩层位移距离依次增大,且相互影响,中位岩层在岩层运动中起承上启下的作用,高位岩层发生运动可直接导致支架压力升高;监测的断裂周期来压是实际周期来压的2倍;证明了采用IMU监测能够准确地监测岩层运动,并能够对煤矿的生产安全起到有效的指导。Taking the 52507 working face of Daliuta Coal Mine as the engineering background,the relationship between the displacement and fracture distance of different layers and periodic pressure was studied through IMU monitoring,and the working resistance of the support was analyzed.The monitoring results were verified using 3DEC.Research shows that the movement period of rock layers at different heights is not the same,and the displacement distance of low,medium,and high rock layers increases in sequence and affects each other.The middle rock layer plays a connecting role in rock layer movement,and the movement of high rock layers can directly lead to an increase in support pressure;The monitored fracture cycle pressure is twice the actual cycle pressure;It has been proven that using IMU monitoring can accurately monitor rock movement and provide effective guidance for the production safety of coal mines.
