70例胎儿生长受限脐动脉血流参数及围产期情况的研究分析

摘　　要：目的分析胎儿生长受限(FGR)脐动脉血流参数及围产期情况。方法选取2019年1月至2021年9月我院收治的70例胎儿生长受限(FGR)孕妇为观察组,70例胎儿无生长异常孕妇作为对照组。对比两组的胎儿脐动脉血流参数及围产期情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组胎儿脐动脉收缩期最大血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、时间平均峰值流速(TAmax)较低,S/D、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)较高(P<0.05)。观察组发生早产、脐带扭转及脐血流指标异常发生率及剖宫产率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声检测孕妇脐动脉血流频谱的速度参数及S/D、RI、PI对FGR诊断有重要参考价值;FGR孕妇早产、脐带扭转及脐血流指标异常发生率及剖宫产率高于正常孕妇。Objective To analyze the umbilical artery blood flow parameters and perinatal conditions of fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods 70 FGR pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were selected as observation group,and 70 pregnant women without fetal growth abnormality were selected as control group.The fetal umbilical artery blood flow parameters and perinatal conditions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the fetal umbilical artery peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV)and time average peak velocity(TAmax)of the observation group were lower,and the S/D,pulsation index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were higher(P<0.05).The incidences of premature delivery,umbilical cord torsion and abnormal umbilical blood flow indicators,and the cesarean section rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound for velocity parameters and S/D,RI and PI of umbilical artery blood flow spectrum in pregnant women has important reference value for the diagnosis of FGR.FGR pregnant women have higher incidences of premature delivery,umbilical cord torsion and abnormal umbilical blood flow indicators,and the cesarean section rate than normal pregnant women.
