摘　　要：目的对比肩关节镜辅助TightRope钢板与常规切开复位内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的效果。方法选择我院2019年6月至2021年5月收治的80例肩锁关节脱位患者,根据不同手术治疗方案分为肩关节镜组(42例,肩关节镜辅助TightRope钢板)、切开复位组(38例,切开复位内固定),对比两组的围术期指标、肩关节功能及术后并发症。结果肩关节镜组术中出血量、手术时间、切口长度及术后6个月Constant-Murley、ASES评分均优于切开复位组(P<0.05)。肩关节境组术后并发症发生率低于切开复位组(P<0.05)。结论与常规切开复位内固定相比,肩关节镜辅助TightRope钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的创伤性更小,患者术后肘关节功能恢复更佳,并发症更少。Objective To compare the effects between shoulder arthroscopy-assisted TightRope plate and routine open reduction internal fixation in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods 80 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were divided into shoulder arthroscopy group(42 cases,shoulder arthroscopy-assisted TightRope plate)and open reduction group(38 cases,open reduction internal fixation).The perioperative indicators,shoulder joint function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,incision length,and the Constant-Murley and ASES scores at 6 months after operation of the shoulder arthroscopy group were better than those of the open reduction group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the shoulder arthroscopy group was lower than that in the open reduction group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with open reduction internal fixation,shoulder arthroscopy-assisted TightRope plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation has less trauma,better recovery of elbow joint function and fewer complications.
