摘　　要：目的探讨丹参注射液联合低分子肝素对高凝状态复发性流产(RSA)患者凝血功能及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2021年9月我院收治的98例高凝状态RSA患者,随机分为对照组(n=49)和观察组(n=49)。对照组采用低分子肝素治疗,观察组采用丹参注射液联合低分子肝素治疗,比较两组的凝血功能及妊娠结局。结果治疗后,两组的活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)长于治疗前,纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组APTT、PT长于对照组,FIB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组活产率为91.84%,明显高于对照组的65.31%(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合低分子肝素治疗可明显改善高凝状态RSA患者的凝血功能,提高最终活产率。Objective To explore the influence of Danshen injection combined with low molecular weight heparin on coagulation function and pregnancy outcomes in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)in hypercoagulable state.Methods 98 RSA patients in hypercoagulable state admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49).The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin,and the observation group was treated with Danshen injection combined with low molecular weight heparin.The coagulation function and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)were longer than those before treatment,and the fibrinogen(FIB)level was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);The APTT and PT of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,and the FIB level was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The live birth rate of the observation group was 91.84%,significantly higher than 65.31%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Danshen injection combined with low molecular weight heparin can significantly improve the coagulation function and final live birth rate of RSA patients in hypercoagulable state.
