布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入联合头孢他啶注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入联合头孢他啶注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法将83例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为对照组(41例)和观察组(42例)。对照组采用布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用头孢他啶注射液治疗,均连续治疗7 d。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.76%,与对照组的7.32%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入联合头孢他啶注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果显著,可明显降低患儿炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of budesonide and terbutaline aerosol inhalation combined with ceftazidime injection in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 83 children with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(42 cases).The control group was treated with budesonide and terbutaline aerosol inhalation,and the observation group was treated with ceftazidime injection on the basis of the control group.They were treated continuously for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,higher than 78.05%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.76%,without statistical diference with 7.32%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Budesonide and terbutaline aerosol inhalation combined with ceftazidime injection in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia has significant effect,which can significantly reduce the inflammatory factor levels with higher safety.
