摘 要:目的探讨Kegel盆底功能锻炼联合肌电生物反馈干预在广泛全子宫切除术后康复护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月于我院行广泛全子宫切除术的58例宫颈癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各29例。除常规护理外,对照组于术后行Kegel盆底功能锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上采用肌电生物反馈干预,两组均干预6个月。比较两组的盆底肌肌力分级及术后并发症发生情况。结果干预6个月后,两组盆底肌肌力分级≥3级占比均高于干预前,且观察组盆底肌肌力分级≥3级占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后脏器脱垂、尿便失禁发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Kegel盆底功能锻炼联合肌电生物反馈干预可明显促进广泛全子宫切除术患者盆底肌肌力恢复,降低患者术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of Kegel pelvic floor functional exercise combined with EMG biofeedback intervention in rehabilitation nursing after radical hysterectomy.Methods 58 patients with cervical cancer undergoing radical hysterectomy in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 29 cases in each group.In addition to routine nursing,the control group received Kegel pelvic floor functional exercise after operation,and the observation group received EMG biofeedback intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 6 months.The pelvic floor muscle strength grading and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,the proportion of pelvic floor muscle strength grade≥3 in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the proportion of pelvic floor muscle strength grade≥3 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of postoperative organ prolapse,and urinary and fecal incontinence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Kegel pelvic floor functional exercise combined with EMG biofeedback intervention can significantly promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength in patients undergoing radical hysterectomy and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
