摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理对心血管内科长期卧床老年患者压疮发生率及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院72例心血管内科长期卧床老年患者,随机将其分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用循证护理。比较两组患者的压疮发生风险、压疮发生率及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组的Braden评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组压疮发生率为5.56%,低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理可明显降低心血管内科长期卧床老年患者的压疮发生风险,提升其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the incidence of pressure ulcers and the quality of life of long-term bedridden elderly patients in cardiovascular department.Methods 72 long-term bedridden elderly patients in cardiovascular department of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=36).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group.The risk of pressure ulcers,incidence of pressure ulcers and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Braden scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group was 5.56%,lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing can significantly reduce the risk of pressure ulcers in long-term bedridden elderly patients in cardiovascular department,and improve their quality of life.
