Kegel运动联合膀胱治疗仪干预对经尿道前列腺电切术患者术后尿失禁发生率及排尿情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨Kegel运动联合膀胱治疗仪干预对经尿道前列腺电切术(TUPR)患者术后尿失禁发生率及排尿情况的影响。方法将60例TUPR患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用膀胱治疗仪干预,观察组采用Kegel运动联合膀胱治疗仪干预,比较两组患者术后尿失禁发生率及排尿情况。结果观察组术后尿失禁发生率为13.33%,明显低于对照组的36.67%(P<0.05)。观察组24 h更换尿垫次数、24 h排尿次数、24 h漏尿次数均少于对照组,每次排尿量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Kegel运动联合膀胱治疗仪干预可明显降低TUPR患者术后尿失禁发生率,减少更换尿垫次数、排尿次数及漏尿次数,增加每次排尿量。Objective To explore the impact of Kegel exercise combined with bladder therapeutic instrument intervention on incidence of urinary incontinence and urination in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate(TUPR).Methods 60 TUPR patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given bladder therapeutic instrument,and the observation group was given Kegel exercise combined with bladder therapeutic instrument.The incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence and urination were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence in the observation group was 13.33%,significantly lower than 36.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The times of 24 h urine pad replacement,24 h urination and 24 h urine leakage in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group,and the urine amount each time was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Kegel exercise combined with bladder therapeutic instrument intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence in TUPR patients,reduce the times of pad replacement,urination and leakage,and increase the urine amount each time.
