轮状病毒性腹泻患儿发生心肌损害的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析轮状病毒性腹泻(RVD)患儿发生心肌损害的影响因素。方法选择2019年2月至2020年10月期间我院收治的68例RVD患儿,评估其心肌损害情况,统计基线资料,分析RVD患儿发生心肌损害的影响因素。结果68例RVD患儿中有18例(26.47%)发生心肌损害,50例(73.53%)未发生心肌损害。发生组的呕吐比例、血清细胞间粘附分子1(ICAM-1)水平高于未发生组,血清镁离子水平低于未发生组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,呕吐、血清ICAM-1水平高是RVD患儿发生心肌损害的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05),血清镁离子水平高是RVD患儿发生心肌损害的保护因素(OR<1,P<0.05)。结论RVD患儿发生心肌损害受到呕吐、血清镁离子及ICAM-1水平的影响,应根据此类患儿具体情况采取针对性干预措施,以降低其心肌损害发生风险。Objective To explore and analyze the influencing factors of myocardial damage in children with rotavirus diarrhea(RVD).Methods 68 RVD children admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected,the status of myocardial damage was evaluated,the baseline data were counted,and the influencing factors of myocardial damage in RVD children were analyzed.Results Among 68 RVD children,18 cases(26.47%)had myocardial damage,and 50 cases(73.53%)had no myocardial damage.The proportion of vomiting and the serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)level of occurrence group were higher than those of the non-occurrence group,and the serum magnesium ion level was lower than that of the non-occurrence group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that vomiting and high serum ICAM-1 level were risk factors for myocardial damage in RVD children(OR>1,P<0.05),and high serum magnesium ion level was protective factor for myocardial damage in RVD children(OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusions Myocardial damage in RVD children is affected by vomiting,and the serum magnesium ion and ICAM-1 levels.Targeted intervention measures should be taken according to the specific situation of such children to reduce the risk of myocardial damage.
