摘 要:目的研究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇孕晚期血脂水平变化及其与新生儿体质量的相关性。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月在我院产检、分娩的89例GDM孕妇作为观察组,另选取同期90例健康孕妇作为对照组。比较两组孕妇孕晚期血脂指标(FFA、LDL-C、HDL-C、TC、TG)及新生儿体质量,并采用Pearson相关性分析GDM孕妇血脂水平与新生儿体质量的相关性。结果观察组TG水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组孕妇的FFA、HDL-C、LDL-C、TC水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组新生儿体质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析显示,新生儿体质量与GDM孕妇孕晚期TG水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与FFA、HDL-C、LDL-C、TC水平无相关性(P>0.05)。结论GDM孕妇孕晚期血脂水平异常升高,且随着TG水平升高,新生儿体质量增加,临床应加强对GDM孕妇孕晚期血脂水平的监测与管理,以减少巨大儿的发生。Objective To study the changes of blood lipid level in late pregnancy and the correlation with neonatal body mass in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 89 GDM pregnant women with prenatal examination delivering in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as observation group,and another 90 healthy pregnant women at the same period were selected as control group.The blood lipid indicators(FFA,LDL-C,HDL-C,TC,TG)and neonatal body mass were compared between the two groups.The correlation between blood lipid level and neonatal body mass of GDM pregnant women was analyzed by Pearson.Results The TG level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);No statistical difference was found in the FFA,HDL-C,LDL-C and TC levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The neonatal body mass of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that neonatal body mass was positively correlated with TG level of GDM pregnant women in late pregnancy(P<0.05),but not correlated with FFA,HDL-C,LDL-C and TC levels(P>0.05).Conclusions The blood lipid level of GDM pregnant women in late pregnancy is abnormally elevated.With the increase of TG level,the neonatal body mass increases.Clinical monitoring and management of blood lipid level of GDM pregnant women in late pregnancy should be strengthened to reduce the occurrence of macrosomia.
