摘　　要：目的分析2021年至2022年商丘市无偿献血血液不合格因素。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月期间商丘市118220名无偿献血者,分析不合格血液分布情况及影响检测结果的因素。结果2021至2022年无偿献血样本中ALT及HBsAg不合格率较高。经单因素及多因素分析显示,无偿献血血液不合格与性别、年龄、职业及学历相关(P<0.05)。结论2021至2022年商丘市无偿献血血液总体不合格率处于较低水平,性别、年龄、职业及学历等是影响血液检测结果的因素。Objective To analyze the unqualified factors of unpaid blood donation in Shangqiu from 2021 to 2022.Methods 118220 unpaid blood donors from January 2021 to December 2022 in Shangqiu were selected.The distribution of unqualified blood and the factors affecting the test results were analyzed.Results The unqualified rates of ALT and HBsAg in unpaid blood donation samples from 2021 to 2022 were higher.Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that unqualified unpaid blood donation was correlated with gender,age,occupation and educational background(P<0.05).Conclusions From 2021 to 2022,the overall unqualified rate of unpaid blood donation in Shangqiu was at a lower level,and gender,age,occupation and education background were the factors affecting the blood test results.
