云芝胞内糖肽胶囊联合光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察云芝胞内糖肽胶囊联合光动力疗法对尖锐湿疣(CA)患者Th1/Th2细胞因子及炎性因子水平的影响。方法将我院收治的CA患者分为对照组(艾拉光动力疗法治疗)和试验组(云芝胞内糖肽胶囊联合艾拉光动力疗法治疗)。比较2组治疗后Th1/Th2细胞因子、炎性因子水平及总有效率、复发率和药物不良反应发生率。结果对照组和试验组各83例。治疗后,对照组和试验组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平分别为(38.91±2.43)和(40.26±2.90)pg·mL^(-1),白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平分别为(23.31±1.56)和(19.01±1.22)pg·mL^(-1),白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平分别为(15.20±2.18)和(11.42±1.91)pg·mL^(-1),干扰素γ(INF-γ)水平分别为(2.27±0.42)和(3.09±0.44)pg·mL^(-1),血清增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)分别为(44.56±2.91)%和(32.06±3.24)%,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平分别为(184.01±17.33)和(143.22±15.83)pg·mL^(-1),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组和试验组总有效率分别为81.93%和92.77%,药物不良反应发生率分别为10.84%和4.82%,总复发率分别为27.71%和6.02%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论云芝胞内糖肽胶囊联合光动力疗法治疗CA患者临床效果显著,并可改善Th1/Th2细胞因子及炎性因子水平。Objective To observe the effects of Yunzhi intracellular glycopeptide capsules combined with photodynamic therapy on Th1/Th2 cytokines and inflammatory factors in patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods CA patients admitted to our hospital were divided into control group(Ella photodynamic therapy)and treatment group(Yunzhi intracellular glycopeptide capsules combined with Ella photodynamic therapy).The levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines,inflammatory factors,total effective rate,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results There were 83 cases in control group and 83 cases in treatment group.After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)in control group and treatment group were(38.91±2.43)and(40.26±2.90)pg·mL^(-1);the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)were(23.31±1.56)and(19.01±1.22)pg·mL^(-1);interleukin-10(IL-10)levels were(15.20±2.18)and(11.42±1.91)pg·mL^(-1);interferonγ(INF-γ)lev els were(2.27±0.42)and(3.09±0.44)pg·mL^(-1);serum proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)levels were(44.56±2.91)%and(32.06±3.24)%;vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels were(184.01±17.33)and(143.22±15.83)pg·mL^(-1),the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rates of control group and treatment group were 81.93%and 92.77%,the incidences of adverse drug reactions were 10.84%and 4.82%,and the recurrence rates were 27.71%and 6.02%,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yunzhi intracellular glycopeptide capsules with photodynamic therapy in the treatment of CA patients has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines and inflammatory factors.
