摘 要:目的从植物个体出发,分析滇重楼植株在药用、非药用部位,光合、非光合器官中的生物量分配策略及其对海拔因子的响应。方法收集禄劝(1790 m)、元江(1820 m)、祥云(2160 m)、云龙(2920 m)4个不同海拔的人工栽培滇重楼样品,通过测定滇重楼植株各器官的生物量,比较不同海拔滇重楼植株及其药用、非药用部位,光合、非光合器官生物量差异,并采用标准化主轴分析法分析其异速生长关系。结果结果表明,海拔1820 m,滇重楼的植株、药用、非药用部位、光合、非光合器官大小均显著大于其他3个海拔点(P<0.05)。不同海拔范围内,以海拔1790 m,滇重楼药用部位分配比例最大,且显著大于海拔2160 m与2920 m(P<0.05)。非药用部位以海拔2000 m以上的2个海拔点分配比例更高。光合器官分配比例呈现出海拔2160 m>1790 m>2920 m>1820 m的变化趋势。其中,以海拔2160 m的分配比例显著大于其他3个海拔点(P<0.05),海拔1820 m的分配比例最低。非光合器官的分配比例则以海拔2160 m的分配比例显著小于其他3个海拔点(P<0.05)。异速生长关系分析发现,海拔差异没有改变滇重楼药用部位与非光合器官的异速生长轨迹(P>0.05)。同时,滇重楼药用部位与其他各组分的异速生长轨迹以表型可塑性响应海拔的变化(P>0.05)。海拔差异改变了滇重楼非药用部位与光合器官的异速生长轨迹(P<0.05),使之发生了真正的可塑性。结论研究选取的海拔范围内,滇重楼药用部位的生长速率保持在一个较稳定的水平,且药用部位、非药用部位,光合、非光器官间的相对生长速率能够维持在相对稳定的状态,故该海拔范围内,滇重楼对于药用部位的生物量分配对海拔变化的敏感性较低。Objective Based on individual of plant,biomass allocation strategies of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis in medicinal and non-medicinal parts,photosynthetic and non-photosynthetic organs and their responses of altitude factors were analyzed.Methods Artificially cultivated Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis samples were collected from 4 producing areas at different altitudes,including Luquan(1790 m a.s.l.),Yuanjiang(1820 m a.s.l.),Xiangyun(2160 m a.s.l.)and Yunlong(2920 m a.s.l.).In order to compare biomass differences of whole plant,medicinal and non-medicinal parts,photosynthetic and non-photosynthetic organs of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis at different altitudes,each organ of every P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis sample were determined.And their allometric growth relationship was studied by standardized major axis regression.Results Our research showed that the mean biomass of whole plant,medicinal and non-medicinal parts,photosynthetic and non-photosynthetic organ of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis at 1820 m a.s.l.were significantly larger than those of the other three altitude points(P<0.05).Allocation ratio of medicinal parts of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis was the largest at 1790 m a.s.l.,and was significantly higher than 2160 m a.s.l.and 2920 m a.s.l.(P<0.05),while allocation ratio of non-medicinal parts was higher in two producing area which located above 2000 m a.s.l..Allocation ratio of photosynthetic organs showed a trend of 2160 m>1790 m>2920 m>1820 m above sea level.Among them,allocation ratio of photosynthetic organs at 2160 m a.s.l.was significantly higher than those of the other three altitude points(P<0.05),and allocation ratio of 1820 m a.s.l.was the lowest.Allocation ratio of non-photosynthetic organs at 2160 m a.s.l.was significantly lower than those of the other three altitude points(P<0.05).The allometric relationship analysis showed that the altitude difference did not change the allometric growth trajectory of the medicinal parts and non-photosynthetic organs of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis(P>0.05
