摘　　要：目的利用CiteSpace分析慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)中医证候研究领域的概况、重点、热点和未来发展趋势。方法检索中国知网、维普、万方和中国生物医学文献数据库,时间跨度为建库至2021年12月31日,获得CHF中医证候研究相关文献信息,应用CiteSpace软件进行计量分析,绘制作者、研究机构、关键词知识图谱。结果共纳入2474篇文献题录信息,图谱显示本领域发文量呈逐年递增趋势,已经形成多个成熟且颇具影响力的团队,研究机构与研究团队两者联系密切,其发展与地理分布趋同,但不均衡。研究热点从经典的探讨中医诊疗,到逐步结合西医理念和现代科技,探讨证候本质、客观物质基础。结论慢性心衰中医证候的研究,不断融合现代西医和生物科技、计算机技术等方法,未来将逐渐发展到复杂证型、证候物质基础和诊断客观化等研究。Objective To study the development,focuses,research frontiers,and trend of development of the study on chronic heart failure(CHF)TCM syndromes based on CiteSpace.Methods By searching CNKI,CqVIP,Wanfang Data,and SinoMed databases with the searching time from the starting of the database to December 31,2021,to visualize and analyze structural and temporal patterns in the areas of the authors,institutions,and key words of the studies of CHF syndromes by CiteSpace.Results A total of 2474 Chinese literatures were retrieved.The visualization analyses found the research on TCM syndromes of CHF has been growing in China,with a number of research teams and institutions emerging.The distribution and geographic locations of the research team and institution are highly consistent but geographically uneven.The research focus of CHF TCM syndrome has gradually shifted from the classic study of TCM diagnosis and treatment to the studies of syndrome ontology and objective material basis of TCM syndrome with western medicine and modern science and technology.Conclusion The current situation and trend of development of the study on CHF syndrome has been changed to focusing on complex syndromes and objective material basis of TCM syndrome integrated with modern medicine,biotechnology,and computing technology.
