拉贝洛尔用于妊娠期高血压治疗的临床疗效及对分娩结局的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析拉贝洛尔用于妊娠期高血压治疗的临床疗效及对分娩结局的影响。方法选取80例妊娠期高血压患者,以随机数字法分为对照组(40例,常规治疗+硫酸镁)和研究组(40例,常规治疗+拉贝洛尔),统计对比两组患者治疗前后血压指标,治疗后不良妊娠事件发生率以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者舒张压、收缩压水平明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良妊娠事件总发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的27.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间总不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压患者以拉贝洛尔进行治疗能够有效控制血压水平,降低不良妊娠事件发生风险,且不会进一步加重药物不良反应,较为安全。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of labelolol in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension and its influence on delivery outcome.Methods 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases,conventional treatment+magnesium sulfate)and the study group(40 cases,conventional treatment+labelolol)according to random number table method.Blood pressure indexes before and after treatment,incidence of adverse pregnancy events after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were statistically compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels in the two groups significantly decreased after treatment,and observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy events in the study group was 2.50%lower than that in the control group(27.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension patients with labeolol can effectively control blood pressure level,reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy events,and will not further aggravate adverse drug reactions,so it is safe.
