六味地黄汤结合中医体质辨识治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨六味地黄汤结合中医体质辨识治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法选取80例老年性阴道炎患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗;研究组则在对照组治疗基础上使用六味地黄汤结合中医体质辨识。对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果研究组治疗后的临床总有效率高于对照组;与治疗前比较,治疗后两组临床症状体征评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄汤结合中医体质辨识治疗老年性阴道炎可以明显改善患者体征症状,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect ofLiuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with TCM constitution identification on senile vaginitis.Methods 80 patients with senile vaginitis were selected and divided into the control group and the study group with 40 cases each according to random number table method.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment;The study group used Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with TCM constitution identification on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group.Compared with before treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and signs in both groups decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(PV0.O5).Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with TCM constitution identification can significantly improve the physical signs and symptoms ofpatients,has a good effect.
