摘　　要：目的探讨宫缩乏力性剖宫产产后出血患者经子宫背带式缝合治疗的效果。方法选取50例宫缩乏力性剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,依据止血方式将其分为对照组(25例,传统止血)、观察组(25例,子宫背带式缝合)。比较两组患者治疗后的各项临床指标。结果与对照组相比较,观察组患者临床疗效更高,术中出血量更少,手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、恶露排净时间均更短,并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫缩乏力性剖宫产产后出血患者经子宫背带式缝合治疗的效果较为显著,对患者的术后恢复具有积极的作用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of uterine strap suture on postpartum hemorrhage after caesarean section with uterine weakness.Methods 50 cases of women who underwent caesarean section with uterine fatigue in our hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided into the control group(25 cases,traditional hemostasis)and the observation group(25 cases,uterus belt suture)according to corresponding hemostasis methods.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher clinical efficacy less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time,time of getting out of bed,length of stay,lochia clearance time,and lower incidence of complications,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect ofuterine strap suture on postpartum hemorrhage after caesarean section with uterine uterine fatigue is more significant,which has a positive effect on postoperative recovery ofpatients.
