中药祛膜汤对药物流产后阴道出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析中药祛膜汤对药物流产后阴道出血的临床效果。方法选取80例药物流产后阴道出血患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,米非司酮+米索前列醇)与研究组(40例,米非司酮+米索前列醇+中药祛膜汤),比较两组各项临床指标。结果研究组临床总有效率高于对照组;研究组阴道出血时间短于对照组,阴道出血量少于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组躯体健康、社会功能、精神健康、心理健康得分升高,且研究组高于对照组;睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、觉醒次数得分降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物流产后阴道出血患者加用中药祛膜汤能够有效缩短阴道出血时间,减少阴道出血量,提高生活质量与睡眠质量,优化治疗效果。Objective To analyze the Traditional Chinese Medicine Qumo decoction on vaginal bleeding after drug abortion.Methods 80 patients with vaginal bleeding after drug abortion were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases,mifepristone+misoprostol)and the study group(40 cases,mifepristone+misoprostol+Traditional Chinese Medicine Qumo decoction)by random number table method.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The duration of vaginal bleeding of the study group was shorter than that of the control group.The amount of vaginal bleeding was lower than that of the control group.Compared with before treatment,the scores of physical health,social function,mental health and mental health of the two groups increased after treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group;Scores of sleep duration,sleep disturbance,sleep efficiency and number of awakenings decreased after treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with vaginal bleeding after medical abortion,the addition of Traditional Chinese Medicine Qumo decoction can effectively shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,improve the quality oflife and sleep quality,and optimize the therapeutic effect.
