多囊卵巢综合症所致不孕症的临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)所致不孕症的具体治疗策略及应用效果。方法选取80例PCOS所致不孕症患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合补肾活血化痰中药方剂治疗。对比两组各项指标。结果研究组治疗后的临床总有效率及治疗后3个月的妊娠率均高于对照组;与治疗前比较,治疗后两组血清睾酮、卵泡雌激素、黄体生成素水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血化痰方剂应用于PCOS所致不孕症患者可有效调节机体激素水平,提高临床妊娠率,治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the specific therapeutic strategies and application effects of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility.Methods 80 patients with infertility caused by PCOS were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic Western medicine,and the study group was treated on the basis ofthe control group combined with tonifying kidney Huoxue phlegm fonnula.The two groups of indicators were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate and pregnancy rate 3 months after treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum testosterone,follicular estrogen and luteinizing hormone in two groups decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonifying kidney Huoxue phlegm formula applied to PCOS infertility patients can effectively adjust the body hormone level,improve the clinical pregnancy rate,clinical therapeutic effect is remarkable.
