摘  要:广东省某污水处理厂处理规模为12×10^(4)m^(3)/d,设计出水水质要求达到广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准和国家《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准中的较严值。该污水处理厂提标面临占地受限问题。该项目采用MBBR+.磁混凝沉淀工艺,紧密结合现状工艺设施对原有A^(2)/O工艺进行改造。生化池原位镶嵌MBBR工艺,无需新建构筑物。深度处理单元采用磁混凝沉淀工艺,在极小占地条件下完成实施,保证了SS和TP的高效稳定去除。改造后出水COD为(15.95±4.16)mg/L、BOD_(5)为(4.97±1.40)mg/L、SS为(7.10±1.68)mg/L、TN为(10.29±2.59)mg/L、TP为(0.17±0.11)mg/L、NH_(3)-N为(1.24±1.17)mg/L,出水水质稳定优于设计出水标准。实践证明,MBBR+磁混凝沉淀工艺具有简洁集约、稳定高效的特点,适用于占地受限型污水处理厂的改扩建或新建。A wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Guangdong Province with capacity of 12×10^(4)m^(3)/d,is required to meet the stricter values of first level criteria in the second period of Cuangdong Province local Discharge Limils of Water Pollulants(DB 44/26-2001)and of first level A criteria in Discharge Standard of Pollulants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).The retrofitting of the W WTP was facing the problem of limited land occupation.The MBBR and magnetic coagulation precipitation process is selected to retrofit the original A^(2)/O process in close combination with the current process facilities.The biochemical tank is embedded with MBBR process in-situ without the need for new construction.In order to ensure the efficient and stable removal of ss and TP,magnetic coagulation precipitation process is adopted in advanced treatment unit to construct with minimal land occupation.After retrofitting,the effluent COD is(15.95±4.16)mg/L,BOD_(5)is(4.97±1.40)mg/L,ss is(7.10±1.68)mg/L,TN is(10.29±2.59)mg/L,TP is(0.17±0.11)mg/L and NH_(3)-N is(1.24±1.17)mg/L,which are stable and superior to the design effluent standard.The practice shows that the MBBR and magnetic coagulation precipitation process is simple,intensive,stable and efficient,which is applicable to the retrofitting,expansion or new construction of WWTP with limited land occupation.
