摘  要:冲击试验是在高速冲击载荷下完成的,试样和冲击刀刃都会产生一个很高的内应力。试样一般会有预开缺口,冲击能量一部分沿着缺口方向被试样吸收,还有一部分被冲击刀刃吸收。当冲击刀刃吸收的能量超过弹性变形时,刀刃会出现塑形变形,甚至断裂。通过对冲击试样、冲击刀刃、冲击试验机的选择以及试验过程等方面进行研究,查明了冲击刀刃断裂的原因,并提出了合适的控制方法。The impact test was completed under high speed impact load, and the sample and impact blade would produce a high internal stress. Generally, the sample would have a pre-notch, and part of the impact energy would be absorbed by the sample along the notch direction, and part of the impact energy would be absorbed by the impact blade. When the energy absorbed by the impact blade exceeded the elastic deformation, the blade would have plastic deformation or even fracture. By studying the selection of impact sample, impact blade, impact testing machine and the test process, the fracture causes of impact blade were found out, and appropriate control methods were proposed.
